Dr Julie Ganschow is director of Reigning Grace Counseling Center . She holds a PhD in Biblical Counseling, and is a frequent contributor and author on a multitude of biblical counseling topics.

Julie will be guiding ladies through the hot topic of trauma and trial. Past trauma is often broadly defined and many people are left confused about how to navigate life with the ongoing affects of the past as they impact trials in the present. Julie will navigate this subject biblically as she both critiques worldly ideas and equips ladies to face their own traumatic pasts or help their family and friends.

This is a conference for all ladies and is a great follow up to our previous mini conference on “Unmet Expectations.” Ladies, if you enjoyed last year’s conference, you are going to love this one.

Dr. Denny Burk is Professor of Biblical Studies at Boyce College, Associate Pastor at Kenwood Baptist Chruch, Louisville, and President of the Council of Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.

Denny will be guiding us through a consideration of the development of ideas that have culminated in a gender confused world, and how the church can biblically think through the related issues as we seek to witness to those around us.

This is a conference for all in the church and parents should take note that there will be concepts discussed that may not be suitable for a less mature audience.  

Child Care: GTCC is providing some child-care for members and attenders of our church family with very limited space for some others.
