The Dearborn County Fair in Lawrenceburg, IN will be happening from Monday June 18 to Saturday June 23. We are going to have a gospel booth there to share Christ with folks. Lord willing, we'll be giving out free gospel tracts, DVDs, AiG books, etc. and engaging folks with the good news which starts with the bad news. :)

If you would like to help man the booth for a night or even just stop by and share for a little while, that would be great too. Feel free to forward this to other Christians who may be interested in learning how to share their faith. They can come to watch & learn and do the work of praying.

We would appreciate your prayers for this outreach, as last year the Lord really blessed our time. Here are a bunch of pictures of the Lord reaching out through His people to the lost.

The hours are:
Monday to Thursday, June 18 to June 21 from 5:00 to 10:00pm
Friday June 22 from 4pm to 11pm
Saturday June 23 from 2pm to 11pm

If you arrive BEFORE 5pm Mon-Thur (or 4pm Fri, 2pm Sat), then you don't have to pay the admission fee which is normally $8. Please let me know if you plan on coming, which nights would be good for you. I'll try to spread the volunteers out throughout the week. Thanks so much!

It's on Route 50 next to Haag Ford, across the street from the Hollywood Casino.

Gay Pride Festival

Will you join us as we walk into the Lion's Den of the Cincinnati Gay Pride Festival? While it can be scary to think that we may face persecution, the thought of all these people spending eternity in Hell is scarier! Please help us show the love of Christ by sharing the truth of the Gospel at this annual event.

If you think we are going to scream angrily at those in the LGBT Community, that is NOT what we do... and it's not the Gospel. If you think we're going to approve of their lifestyle and only talk about God's love, you're wrong... because that's not the Gospel either!

Please freely watch the movie, Audacity, to better understand why we're doing this outreach. For some examples of how we minister to the LGBT Community, freely listen to the following episodes of Witness Radio:

Love or Lust
Christian Hate Speech
The Telephone Game
Sorry Christians

This is NOT a family-friendly outreach and I do not recommend that anyone attend this event that is easily offended.

May God be glorified during this outreach!

$5.00/car

Kentucky Raceway Ministry

Kentucky Raceway Ministries holds a gospel proclaiming outreach at the Kentucky Speedway's largest secular races. The ministry is blessed to have the opportunity to hand out as many as 10,000 racing themed New Testaments in a typical year. We also distribute 40,000 driver cards which lists the drivers on one side and the plan of salvation on the reverse side. We will hand out over 10,000 of our signature yellow bracelets with Philippians 4:13 embossed on them.

This is an incredible door for the gospel of Christ that the Lord has opened at a secular venue. Christian volunteers have the freedom to share Jesus without fear during this outreach. This year the big races are from July 12 through 14. The races start at 2pm.

To join the over 200 volunteers from over 70 different churches who are a part of this great mission, please see our Volunteers section.

On the volunteer application form, you can list Tony Ramsek as a personal reference https://gokrm.org/volunteer/volunteer-application-form

Riverfest Gospel Outreach

Join us at Riverfest Cincinnati and share the gospel with over 500,000 people present. A number of Christian friends will be giving away over 3,000 gospel tracts and several hundred gospel DVDs, with the goal of verbally sharing Jesus with many lost folks.

We will be there around 2pm, until the end of the fireworks (around 10pm). More info here: http://www.wcpo.com/entertainment/local-a-e/9-things-to-know-before-you-go-to-riverfest-2017

We will be setting up the "Prayer Stand" along the sidewalks at Smale Park (near the fountain and the swings), it’s right across from the “Central Riverfront Garage". There are several parking garages and lots between the two stadiums on Mehring Way. This link will give you a map of the park, and we will set up near the fountain: http://www.mysmaleriverfrontpark.org/map.htm

If you would like to learn more about how to engage in one on one witnessing, we'd be happy to have you simply watch and learn. Don't feel like you need to stay the whole day either, an hour or two would be encouraging to all.

All are welcome to join us in praying for the folks whom the Lord will be directing to us, that God would prepare their hearts to receive the word of truth, which is able to save their souls. Please pray that God would be orchestrating circumstances in their lives such that they be seeking Him.

Court Days Gospel Booth Outreach

Join us as we man a 20 foot gospel booth to share Jesus Christ with hundreds of thousands of people at the largest outdoor festival in Kentucky.

Every year since 1794 people have gathered together in Mt Sterling, Kentucky, to buy, sell or trade goods.  The excitement starts on Friday and ends on the 3rd Monday of October.  Just once a year does this four day event take place with around 200,000 people coming  to shop with the 1500 vendors who set up to sell.

The event was named Court Day when it started in 1794. Once a year, at this time, the Circuit Judge would come to town and try criminals. People would come from miles around to sell their crops, trade horses and mules, swap goods and services.  Guns and knives were among the top items traded and sold during these tough days in the frontier.

Now more than 200 years later the October Court Day Festival is still going strong and features guns, knives, antiques, flea market items and every kind of food imaginable.  This is truly the largest outdoor festival in Kentucky and we hope you will make plans to come!

Christmas Morning Homeless Outreach

Christmas Morning Homeless Outreach

Over the last several years, a group of various families have greatly enjoyed ministering the gospel on Christmas morning to the homeless at Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati. We usually provide homeless folks with coffee, hot chocolate, breakfast, lunch bags, and various articles of clothing.

We typically hand out gospel tracts and Bibles, listen to their life stories and share the love of Christ with them. Of course, the best part of the outreach is the opportunity to minister the gospel in one on one conversations with them.

In addition to breakfast drinks and donuts, we plan on handing out lunch bags with turkey or ham sandwiches, bags of Doritos, fresh fruit and a Coke or bottled water. We plan on making 50 lunch bags.

All the families that come feel blessed that we can minister with our children, first thing Christmas morning and give the gospel to those who are hurting and most in need. It's a great way to teach our children about the preeminence of the greatest gift of all, Jesus Christ. Afterwards, we go home and open up all the earthly treasures and have fun that way too.

Would you be interested in participating in this Christmas morning outreach to the homeless? If so, please let me know if you'd be able to make or bring cookies in snack bags so we can add them to the lunch bags. Also, if you have any gloves, jackets, shoes, socks, hats that you would like to give away, please bring them along.

We plan to meet from 8:30am-10:00am on Vine St. near the corner of Vine and E 5th St.

Peddler's Flea Market Gospel Booth

On Saturday, May 12th, we’re having a gospel booth outreach at Peddlers' Flea Market from 8 AM to 3 PM. We’ll be giving away gospel tracts, free DVDs, CDs, and Bibles. Most importantly we’ll be verbally sharing the love and justice of God found in the cross of Jesus Christ.

If you want to join us, feel free to stop by for an hour or however long you can make it. Don’t feel pressured to share verbally either, you can help by praying or simply watch and learn.

The flea market is near Tusculum Grill across from UDF and depending on the weather, we will likely have our booth outside.

Please pray for the folks that the Lord sends to us, that He would prepare their hearts and minds to be receptive to the greatest news in the world. Thanks for the prayers!

May God be glorified during this outreach!

"The Fool" Test Screening

Before Hollywood releases a new film, they often have a “test screening” where an audience watches it and fills out a form to help them improve the project before its big debut. Hyde Park Baptist Church is pleased to host a free pre-screening of this new film from Living Waters Publications. There is no need to RSVP for this special event, just show up and enjoy the film! A Living Waters Representative will also be in attendance.

SYNOPSIS: What do you do when the world’s most famous atheist mocks you internationally on television and throughout social media? What consolation can you find when you become known worldwide as atheism’s celebrity idiot?

You look to the Scriptures and take consolation in how Joseph was humiliated before the time came when God opened a big door of opportunity for him, and how Moses was abased before God opened a big sea for him. You take comfort in knowing the principle of humiliation before promotion—that God often takes someone low before raising him up for His use.

And that’s what happened when Ray Comfort was christened “Banana Man” by Professor Richard Dawkins. Millions came under the sound of the everlasting gospel, all because of that humiliating name: Banana Man. So if you’re afraid of looking foolish, this true story not only will encourage you and bring your fears into perspective, it will increase your faith in God and help you to see His wonderful hand in your own life.
